How much does it cost?

Registration is free right now, and we take no commission on your bookings. If we ever introduce paid options, we’ll tell you well in advance and nothing changes without your agreement.

Can I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?

Yes. Your calendars stay in sync, so dates booked elsewhere show as taken here.

How do guests pay?

Directly to you, the way you choose. We never handle booking money.

Do I need a licence?

In Québec a CITQ number is required, and many Ontario municipalities ask for a short-term rental licence. We show your number to build guest trust.
